#07 Albert Matheny: CEO & Founder, Promix Nutrition

Albert Matheny is an all around impressive individual. He is a former University of Florida track athlete, and a registered dietitian with a masters in human performance. He is a husband, father, and the founder & CEO of Promix Nutrition.
Promix is a multi 8 figure supplement company, with over 150,000 customers, and is a true example of how obsessing over product is the foundation for building a true brand. In 2011, he launched Promix when he couldn’t find supplements that met his high standards for ingredient quality & effectiveness.
Albert shares raw behind-the-scenes insights into how he sources ingredients & formulates every product himself to ensure no compromises on quality. We discuss Promix’s “no artificial anything” philosophy, and why transparency and rigorous testing are non-negotiables for him.
Promix exited last year, and Albert remains as CEO continuing to drive the mission forward.
