It’s easy to talk about what Paul is building.
FOMO has scaled to a level few companies ever reach, and it’s done it in less than a year. As an on-chain mobile trading app, FOMO has already surpassed $1.5B in trading volume, onboarded 250K+ users, and is pacing toward $50M in revenue.
But what impressed me the first time we met, and continues to impress me, isn’t just the numbers.
It’s who Paul is as a human.
We met through a mutual close friend and immediately clicked. Paul has one of the most unique blends of curiosity and emotional intelligence I’ve seen. His self-awareness and perspective on the world are, in my opinion, a driving force behind how he’s been able to build something extraordinary in his 20s.

Sam I had our first conversation over a coffee and I immediately could tell he’d be an amazing guest. Not only is he a podcast host of his own, but his entrepreneurial journey, and how he’s been able to leverage focus to give him an edge was simple, and very impressive.
In this episode he breaks down the hurdles he overcame to build a paving roll-up that has hit over 60M in revenue in less than 11 months. We go into his journey of mindset development, self-awareness, discipline, and how he went form a 23-year old selling medical devices to neurosurgeons, to building his portfolio today. 
Sam brings a level of confidence & stoicism that is almost immediately apparent from the beginning. His perspective on growth, communication, and staying unapologetically yourself is something I think everyone can learn from.

Austin Wright fires me up. After spending 15+ years climbing the ranks at 24 Hr Fitness & Gold's Gym, he decided to make a big change and start his own gym. So over the past 8 years, he has built a portfolio of 11 gym franchises ranging from Southern California to Florida. Oh, also, during this process he started & scaled an ecomm business to an eventual 8 figure exit. Austin owns & operates multiple Anytime Fitness franchises, is an angel investor, and even after a large exit, is more focused than ever. One thing I really respect about him is his focus on all around fulfillment & happiness in life, beyond just the grind. In this episode, he shares the challenges of navigating the brick & mortar business through COVID, the value he’s found in being a franchise owner, and what it really takes to separate yourself in a crowded industry. Albert Matheny is an all around impressive individual. He is a former University of Florida track athlete, and a registered dietitian with a masters in human performance. He is a husband, father, and the founder & CEO of Promix Nutrition. Promix is a multi 8 figure supplement company, with over 150,000 customers, and is a true example of how obsessing over product is the foundation for building a true brand. In 2011, he launched Promix when he couldn’t find supplements that met his high standards for ingredient quality & effectiveness. Albert shares raw behind-the-scenes insights into how he sources ingredients & formulates every product himself to ensure no compromises on quality. We discuss Promix’s “no artificial anything” philosophy, and why transparency and rigorous testing are non-negotiables for him.
